Titanic – A Poem

Note: I was originally planning to do a review of Ant-Man this week, but something kinda blindsided me and all I could manage to work on (apart from the actual job that gets me paid) is a short poem that came to me in a dream. Yeah. I get that sometimes. Hope you enjoy this, though. And feel free to share your poems/feelings, too! 🙂

Titanic_Poem

When we broke up

it was Titanic in reverse.

I was lifted through salty water

and my spine was straightened out; I

rushed away from the cold white iceberg,

sailed backwards into England.

I

was whole again, but

I’m back where I was:

dreaming of adventures yet to come.
